During our initial consultation we want to connect with you and discuss what you envisage for your dream home. You’re also welcome to come for an obligation free site visit. We’ll ask you questions to pin-point exactly what you are trying to achieve and inform you of the design and building process. Once we have gathered the details and created your design brief, we’ll guide you with confidence through the prepared design proposal and explain the next steps towards planning your project and proceeding in the best possible way.

Based on your brief, pictures and checklist, you inspire us to design a home that will be completely tailored to you, your site aspects and your budget. Once we have completed the design, you will receive it as a beautiful work of art, with full coloured architectural plans of the highest standard. We take pride in our presentation, level of quality and detail from the get go. During this process, you will be invited to our office to see the 3D walk through of your home, to help you visualise and get a sense of the space for yourself. 

This phase consists of finalising and fine tuning the conceptual design to reach perfection. We also start the build pricing process, with the help of a quantity surveyor or recommended building company to make sure the project and budget are aligned.

We prepare all construction plans to a professional standard and organise all council documentation to receive building permits within our set timeframes. We also articulate every part of the build in detail so the building project runs smoothly.
